Nutrition coaching is a combined effort between client and coach to figure out the best routines possible. At the Art of Movement, we understand that life is unpredictable so we must be able to adapt when necessary. We teach our clients how to make good decisions when faced with difficult ones. Data is gathered and plans are formed through caloric needs, macros, and food preferences. The best diet is one you can stick to.
Virtual Training
Designed for those of you always on the go. Art of Movement’s virtual personal or group training sessions can be done remotely from the comfort of your own home. Virtual workouts can be completed with no equipment anywhere and may factor in what is available to the client. With your trainer you’ll decide what time is best to work out, and we’ll provide the accountability to help keep you consistent and on track.
Online Coaching
Our schedule doesn’t work for you this week? No problem! Our Online Coaching program gives you direct access to our professional trainers, a powerful community of support and as well as effective and customized program that you can do at a gym or at home with minimal equipment. Your coach can watch your recorded session and feedback, so you have the confidence that you are getting the most out of your workout.
